We believe you own your customer data. soFunnels uses native first-party visitor telemetry. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your visitor data to third-party ad networks or data brokers.

2. Information Collected

When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and hashed password. For your funnel visitors, we record standard analytics metrics such as UTM campaign parameters, referrer domain, browser type, and country for attribution purposes.

3. Payment Information

All credit card and payment processing is handled directly by Stripe. soFunnels never stores full credit card numbers or sensitive CVV security codes on our servers.

4. Data Storage & Security

All customer data is encrypted, stored on secure infrastructure with strict account isolation, and protected against unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You may request an export of all your funnel leads, submissions, and account records at any time from your studio dashboard. You may also request complete deletion of your account and associated tenant records.
